There is no possibility for a refund or exchange once the items have been delivered to you and accepted as correct and in accordance with the original order. Please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery to return any items that were damaged or were not in accordance with your original order, along with photos of the delivered goods and their tags. Items that are damaged or not exactly as ordered must be returned with a copy of the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number, and in unopened, saleable condition; otherwise, the items won’t be accepted for return. There will be no refund of the return shipping and handling fees. Please be aware that we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for any sales.
