The parent company named SRS wellness was found in the year 2012 by Ms. Shelly Lather . She is a rising entrepreneur and an Iconic Lady with pride and contentment towards the vision of the premium brand SRS wellness.
Born in 1982, Her career started at the age of 14 and worked towards the vision of her late father. A Vision based on four pillars of honesty, respect, dedication and professionalism.
She has been serving the industry of cosmetic and dermatology domain over a decade with the pure intention and passion towards the industry.

The company is open to welcome any individual to associate with the brand as a franchise in any particular region predominantly in a tier1 or tier2 cities across India. The franchise would be completely setup by the company as per the standard rules and regulations. The activation team will play a predominant role in identifying the right location, negotiation and all the necessary ground work before zeroing on the particular place.
Activation team also plays a role in conducting basic research, marketing avenues in the locality, Co-Branding , corporate tie ups, local vendors and handling all license and permissions necessary.
Human Resources team will identify the right and suitable candidates for the particular clinic with its wide range of expertise and the database they have gained over years. Every staff would be recruited at the Head office level except the housekeeping and the cleaning.
Marketing team would be in constant touch with the Activation team and ensure maximum mileage would be drawn right from the opening of the clinic. Internal Branding also would be taken care and carefully planned as per the demographics and culture of the particular region.
Finance & Accounting team would ensure all the necessary documents are in place right from the day one to ensure no room for any discrepancies. The finance team will also allocate particular budgets for every month including operations, marketing and other expenses. Sales would be tracked on daily basis and the monthly audits will be done to ensure smooth operations go on and there wouldn't be any hassles from any government agencies.

How net profit sharing model works :
Net profit is the income after all the fixed and variable expense , taxes are deducted. It is also called Actual profit or the Net Revenue. This would be shared with the franchisor and the franchise equally at the end of 30 days billing cycle.
The company is providing additional guaranteed insurance model which secures the payouts of the Franchise. 2.5% Assured Income every month
This would be applied in case there is no NET Profit in a particular month then automatically the 2.5% would be paid the Franchise as a compensation for that particular month.

General Terms and Conditions
- Clinic professionals related services and treatments would be done only in the main centers of the Franchisor where experts are present.
- The Franchise operated units can do all the services where Non Clinical professionals are needed.
- Any appointed staff would be completely under the Franchisor and would report on a daily basis to the Headquarters.
- The Franchise has complete access to know the daily Sales/Revenue at any given point of time through accountants or Cost Controllers.
- Any termination or the dismissal of the recruited staff would by according to the Human Resource policies of the SRS wellness. The Franchise should inform the Franchisor if they find any misconduct or pilferage of any employees to the Head office.
